Matthew Shaw is a highly experienced UXO Project Manager with a background in site engineering and metal fabrication. They have held various roles, including Combat Engineer and Legal & Evidential Loggist, during their tenure with HM Forces and the Royal Engineers. Currently, Matthew serves as a UXO Engineer and Project Manager at Igne and has previously worked with multiple organizations in welding and engineering roles. Their leadership and communication skills are complemented by a focus on exceeding client expectations.
