We work with individuals leaving hospital or experiencing sudden decline to stabilise care, correct wrong pathways, and put the right live-in support in place from the outset.

IgnisCare specialises in:
- Re-enablement after discharge
- Preventing premature long-term care
- Correcting care decisions made under pressure

We provide live-in care only.

We do not offer visiting or time-and-task domiciliary care.

Our approach is clinically anchored and nurse-led, with decisions framed around safety, stability, prevention, and long-term outcomes.

IgnisCare does not sell care hours.
