Sona Mathew

Sona Mathew currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Ignitarium Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this, Sona held the role of Director of HR & Talent Transformation at Litmus7 Systems Consulting from June 2018 to November 2019. Experience also includes a significant tenure at Cognizant from May 2011 to June 2018 in various capacities, including Location HR and Talent Management Group as well as talent acquisition. Sona began professional career in HR at Wipro Technologies, where from November 2006 to April 2011, focus was on both campus and lateral hiring. Sona holds an MBA in HR from PSG College of Technology (2001-2003) and a B.Com in Commerce from St. Xavier's College (1999-2001).
