Eike S.

Eike S. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career in 2006 as a Recruitment Consultant at finance recruiting consulting GmbH & Co. OHG, specializing in finance, accounting, and controlling profiles. In 2008, Eike joined YAGER as a Human Resources Manager, where they built the HR department from scratch, focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and structures. They worked closely with the company's management, handling operational and strategic HR management until 2017.

In 2018, Eike took on the role of Senior Manager Human Resources & Administration Department at Nexon Europe GmbH. They partnered with the management board and employees to develop and implement HR initiatives, with a focus on corporate culture. They supported and managed change, facilitated people development, and provided advice on complex matters until June 2018.

Later in 2018, Eike joined Klang Games as the Head of People Department/Human Resources. They were responsible for building up the People Department and collaborating with the Executive Management to develop people processes and strategies that would support the company's growth. Eike implemented HR processes and structures, drove HR projects in areas such as people development, performance, and employee engagement, and successfully implemented a company-wide HR tool. They also ensured compliance with employment law and regulations, managed recruitment efforts, handled preparatory payroll, and managed external HR relationships until February 2019.

In 2019, Eike briefly worked at OLX Group as the HR Manager Global Tech Hub, contributing to HR management within the tech division of the company.

Most recently, Eike joined Ignite (formerly Tendermint) in 2021. They started as an HR-Generalist and quickly progressed to the role of Senior Payroll & Compliance Manager in May 2022. Their responsibilities in this role include overseeing payroll operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Eike S. began their education in 1996 at Berufsschule Rendsburg, where they completed their Bank Clerk qualification, a Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifying examination. From 2001 to 2003, Eike S. attended the University of Applied Sciences in Flensburg, Germany, studying Business Administration. They then went on to pursue a Diplom (FH) in Business Administration at HTW Berlin, University of Applied Sciences, from 2003 to 2006. Finally, Eike S. obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Development / Learning & Development (Personalentwicklung) from the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany, completing their studies in 2011.
