Melissa Malcolm, CTMP, is the Founder of Malcolm HR, bringing over 25 years of HR experience to public, private, and non-profit organizations. Currently an Activator at Coralus and an Expert-in-Residence at The DMZ, they provide strategic advice to foster business growth. Melissa has served as an Employee Case Management Consultant with the Ontario Ministry of Finance and has held various HR roles across government entities. They are a Certified Talent Management Professional and a three-time nominee for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, with a commitment to sustainable, people-centric HR strategies. Melissa is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Law at Ryerson University.
