Terry Phillips

Terry Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Acquisition Advisor at IGNITE since April 2025. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Operations and Strategic Operations Manager at Reliant Technologies, Inc. from October 2022 to April 2025, and Deputy Product Manager at the Missile Defense Agency from June 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing the AN/TYP-2 Operations & Sustainment Product Office and THAAD Weapon Systems. Additional experience encompasses positions at Sierra Nevada Corporation, a Defense Contractor, the Defense Contract Management Agency as Deputy Commander, and the Program Executive Office for Ground Combat Systems. Terry’s foundational career began with the US Army as a Signal Officer.
