Lois B.

Lois B. is a Technologist at Ignite Digital Services, where they develop and deploy automated digital solutions that enhance workflow efficiency. Previously, they served as a Senior Analyst, leading the management of SharePoint environments and conducting extensive training for end-users. Lois has also held various roles, including Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, where they managed electrical safety programs and personnel training. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
