Stephen George

Stephen George is a seasoned professional with a robust background in data strategy and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Data Strategy Analyst at Ignite Digital Services since June 2024, Stephen previously worked as a Cost Analyst for the United States Marine Corps from March 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included developing lifecycle cost estimates and conducting risk analysis for acquisition programs. Earlier roles in the Marine Corps included serving as a Logistics Officer and Company Commander, focusing on transportation, supply functions, and personnel management. Stephen has also gained experience at Capital One as a Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellow, specializing in analytical innovation to combat fraud.
