Prior to Ignite, Mark was the head of robotic process automation at BNY Mellon and change management - sr. business analyst at American Home Mortgage. Mark has also worked as a business analyst at BearingPoint. Mark is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in the industry. Mark is a passionate leader and an innovative thinker, who is always looking for new ways to improve Ignite IPA and its services. Under their guidance, Ignite IPA has become one of the leading digital marketing agencies in the world.

Mark Shivers attended Binghamton University where they received a dual major in Computer Engineering & German with a minor in International Relations. After graduation, Mark continued their education at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz where they studied German & International Relations.
