Bill Chea

Bill Chea has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Executive Officer at Bluu. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and Managing Director at OMOHub in 2020, Community Leader at Techstars in 2020, Country Director at AIESEC Alumni International in 2019, Chapter Director at Startup Grind in 2019, Lead Organizer and Curator at TED Conferences in 2018, Chapter Director at Ignite Talks PBC in 2016, and Marketing and Communication Specialist at Smart Axiata in 2016. Bill also held various roles at AIESEC from 2014-2016, including National Vice President, Organisational Development, Event Manager of YouthSpeak Forum, Local President, Local Vice President, Sales and Business Development, and Organising Committee President. From 2013-2016, they worked as a freelance Web Developer and Filmmaker.

Bill Chea has a long and varied educational history. Bill obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Royal University of Phnom Penh between 2008 and 2013. Bill also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications from Pannasastra University of Cambodia between 2009 and 2015. In addition, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) certification from Cisco in October 2019 and a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science and Engineering certification from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in May 2013.
