Russ Mann

Russ Mann is an experienced executive currently serving as a Senior Operating Partner at Diversis Capital since July 2024. Prior to this role, Russ was the CEO of Adlib Software, a leader in AI-based document rendering, and has held various key positions across multiple companies. As a board member, Russ contributes to organizations such as Ooma, Thinkific, Ignite Visibility, Flume Water, and Gondola Skate, providing strategic oversight and governance. Previous roles include CEO of WineBid, where Russ successfully navigated the company through the pandemic to achieve peak profitability, and leadership at Onvia, ecoATM Gazelle, and Nintex. Russ holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Asian Studies, and Japanese from Cornell University.
