Heather Hamer

Heather Hamer has extensive experience in medical billing, coding, and accounts management within the healthcare sector, beginning at West Linn Family Health Center from November 1994 to June 2008, where responsibilities included auditing treatment procedures and transmitting coded procedures to payers. Following this, roles as a Patient Account Representative at Family Medicine of Port Angeles and a Legal Assistant at McMenamin and McMenamin expanded skills in patient accounts management. Heather also worked as a Physician Billing Representative at Olympic Medical Center and held a Clinic Representative position at QMACS, focusing on insurance eligibility and claims reimbursement. Most recently, from October 2014 to August 2023, Heather served as a Physician Coding & Compliance Specialist at Vivature, overseeing coding audits and training team members.
