Dee Hake

Dee Hake has been working in the medical field since 2012. Dee began their career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Lahey Clinic in 2012. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Wellness in Healthcare, a women-centric community for exhausted and frustrated nurses. In 2018, they started working as a Creative Director at IgnitePost.com and also became a CRNA at Mass General Brigham. In their roles as a CRNA, they have developed skills in leadership, patient care, communication, neuraxial and regional anesthesia, and arterial line & CVC placement. Her daily tasks include performing and documenting preoperative anesthetic assessments, auscultation of lungs and heart, and reviews of patient medical histories and reviews of systems.

Dee Hake attended Boston College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned their MSN (CRNA) in Nurse Anesthesia. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their BSN in Nursing.
