Ivan Serrano

Ivan Serrano's work experience includes a role as a Senior Business Analyst at Ignitho Technologies starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pan-American Life Insurance Group as a Business Analyst, where they performed SQL work and provided support for various tasks, such as updating database tables, creating and improving database queries, and supporting Crystal Reports. Before that, at Edwards Lifesciences, Ivan was a Business System Analyst working with critical systems such as JD Edwards, Teamcenter, and Reliance ETQ. Ivan provided access, ensured business continuity, identified and documented issues. Ivan also has experience as an Application Support Specialist at Fiserv, where they led and supervised the Costa Rica Application Support Team and provided technical support for electronic payment applications using SQL Server, HTML, XML, and LDAP. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Service Support Engineer at SOIN, where they provided support for incidents and performed troubleshooting and research using SQL, SOAP, XML, Java, Oracle, and Linux.

Ivan Serrano completed their Licenciatura degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Fidélitas from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their Baccalaureate in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica from 2012 to 2016. Ivan also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2022.
