Navin Joy

Navin Joy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Navin'smost recent position is as a Co-Founder at Nuivio Ventures, where they are involved in building something new. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Ignitho Technologies. Before that, they held the role of AVP (Training & Development) at Nuvento Inc. Navin also has experience as a Country Head and Board Director at Dartbridge Systems Limited and Winborough. Navin has held the position of Associate Vice President at Nuvento and worked as the Recruitment Head at Commerx Corporation, QBurst, and TRUGlobal. Additionally, Navin served as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Recruitments at Commerx Corporation, gaining expertise in various areas such as digital strategy, IT, telecom, design, and development.

Navin Joy completed their secondary education at Don Bosco School from 1994 to 2000, earning their SSLC degree. Navin then pursued their undergraduate studies at Anna University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication.
