Pablo Douglas

Pablo Douglas has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Pablo started their career as a Healthcare Insurance Technician at United Collection Bureau Inc in 2015. Pablo then worked as a Supervisor, managing staff and developing strategies to achieve company goals. In 2016, they worked as a Junior Web Developer on a freelance basis.

In 2017, Pablo joined Sensus Data & Analytics as a Business Intelligence Developer, where they built custom Data Warehouse solutions using the Microsoft BI stack. Pablo also worked on a project for the Costa Rican Superintendence of Telecommunications Services.

Moving forward, Pablo joined Microsoft in 2019 as a Business Intelligence Developer, working with the BI stack and creating data solutions. Later in 2019, they joined ClearSight Solutions as a Business Intelligence Developer, where they optimized BI solutions using modern BI technology.

In 2020, Pablo joined Accenture as a Business Intelligence Developer, where they worked on various projects and gained experience in the role. Pablo then transitioned to the role of Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Accenture in 2021.

Currently, Pablo is working at Ignitho Technologies as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, starting in 2022. Overall, they have a strong background in business intelligence development and has experience with various technologies and platforms.

Pablo Douglas attended Universidad Fidélitas from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in System Engineering with a specialization in Computer Programming. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed the "Curso de Introducción al Desarrollo Web: HTML y CSS (1/2)" and in 2016 they also completed the "Curso de Introducción al Desarrollo Web (2/2)" through Google Actívate. In 2017, they obtained the "Certificado en JavaScript" through Udemy. Moving forward, in 2021 they obtained certifications in "Microsoft PowerApps Essential Training: The Basics," "Power BI Data Modeling with DAX," and "Transitioning from Manager to Leader," all of which were obtained through LinkedIn. Lastly, in 2022, they obtained certifications in "Developing Your Leadership Philosophy" and "Python: Working with Predictive Analytics," also from LinkedIn.
