Alexander Lin is a seasoned investor with a focus on growth equity and software investments. Currently serving as a Growth Equity Investor at Spectrum Equity since 2024, Alexander has also held investment roles at notable companies including Clio, Coursedog, and Ignition from 2022 to 2024, as well as at JMI Equity, where the focus was on leading software companies. Alexander's earlier experience includes serving as a Venture Partner at Contrary and a Venture Fellow at New Enterprise Associates in 2020. As a co-founder of Facio from 2018 to 2019, Alexander contributed to a startup backed by prominent investors such as Monashees and Y Combinator. Alexander holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University.
