Josh Manuel

Josh Manuel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, vocal pedagogy, and business ownership. Currently serving as a CX Operations Specialist at Ignition since September 2025 and as the Founder of VoSci since June 2023, Josh leads a science-driven platform that revolutionizes singer training. As the Owner and Voice Instructor at Manuel Creative Arts Academy since January 2013, responsibilities include private vocal instruction and managing daily operations. Previous roles include Customer Success Ops Analyst and Consultant at Bullhorn, where Josh managed client relationships and developed reporting processes, as well as technical support positions at Apple and Best Buy. Josh holds a Master of Vocal Pedagogy from Rider University and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Wright State University.
