Natalie Shamon

Natalie Shamon currently serves as the Regional Director of People for APAC & EMEA at Ignition since February 2023, after holding various positions including Senior P&C Business Partner and P&C Business Partner in the APAC region. Prior experience includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Buildcorp from January 2020 to December 2022, and National Human Resources Manager at Renascent from September 2017 to January 2020.
