Nermina Saucier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Manager at Ignition since June 2021, Nermina has a solid background in leading talent programs at PointClickCare from May 2014 to June 2021, where responsibilities included campus recruitment strategy, employer branding, and recruitment process optimization. Nermina's expertise also spans areas such as candidate experience, talent systems, and DEI initiatives. Prior to that, Nermina held various positions in human resources and customer service, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set that supports effective organizational development. Nermina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Human Resource Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
