Swapnil Tandon is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager for Growth at Ignition since April 2025, Tandon previously held the role of Director of Product Management at Kudos® from July 2023 to February 2025, where a 60% increase in annual revenue was achieved through a tiered rewards engine and enhanced user adoption for over 2 million employees globally. Prior experience includes directing product management at Vendasta, realizing a 300% YoY revenue surge and significantly increasing monthly active users, as well as earlier roles at Tata Consultancy Services, where Tandon engineered solutions that improved operational efficiencies.
