Aras Valiukas

Aras Valiukas is an accomplished IT executive currently serving as the Head of Group IT - CIO at Ignitis Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Valiukas held the position of VP of IT at Adform, where leadership encompassed global infrastructure development across various teams, focusing on IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, databases, middleware, and datacenters. As Chief Technology and Development Officer at SME Finance, Valiukas oversaw end-to-end IT, established in-house development and DevOps teams, and delivered key platforms and mobile applications, achieving ISO27001 certification. A seasoned professional, Valiukas has extensive experience at Danske Bank, holding multiple senior leadership positions in wealth management IT and distributed technologies, and previously led Unix and Linux operations at Barclays, along with various roles in support and implementation at Alna Intelligence. Valiukas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Transport Engineering from Klaipedos Universitetas.
