Erika Mikalauskytė is currently an FP&A Manager at Ignitis Group, having transitioned from a role as a Financial Business Partner since 2022. Previously, they gained experience as a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Transactions and as a Transaction Advisory Consultant at EY in 2016, where they also completed an internship in Human Resources. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from both Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and Universidade do Minho, which they earned between 2014 and 2017.
