Lorraine Wrafter

Lorraine Wrafter is an accomplished change management expert and board member with extensive experience across various industries, including utilities, food ingredients, and technology. Currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of Nomination & REMCO at Ignitis Group, Lorraine has directed the design of the first Long Term Incentive Programme and proposed organizational restructuring for improved decision-making. As an advisory board member for HACK-CMP, Lorraine leads the organization design and marketing efforts. Lorraine's previous roles include Board Member at Sadeem Technology, M&A Integration Director at Holcim, and Global Talent & Leadership Development Director at Cargill, where significant business transformations were achieved. Lorraine holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Masters from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.
