Rajib Das

Rajib Das has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rajib started their career as a Business Development Manager at HCL Frontline Solutions Limited in 1994. Later, they became a Product Manager at HCL Frontline and then moved to Planetasia as a Business Manager for Internet Solutions. In 1997, Rajib joined SoftPlus as the Director of Marketing, and in 2000, they became the Director of Product Management at US Interactive. In 2001, they joined SkillNet Solutions, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer, where they led all business functions and helped grow the company to a global client base. Currently, Rajib is the Founder and CEO of Ignitiv, a technology and consulting company focused on Omni-Channel Commerce.

Rajib Das completed their Secondary School education at RKMV Deoghar from 1980 to 1985. Rajib then attended Delhi Public School, RK Puram, where they obtained their High School degree from 1985 to 1987. Rajib went on to pursue a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, graduating in 1991. In 1992, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and completed their MBA in Business Management in 1994.
