Pavan Kumar has a strong background in business development and coordination. pavan started their career as a State Coordinator for PRIA, where they were responsible for program planning and monitoring. pavan later worked as a Business Development Manager for STRiVE, focusing on the state of Andhra Pradesh. In this role, they identified and appointed potential partners in rural locations and built a channel of agents for sourcing manpower. Most recently, Pavan served as a Regional Delivery Manager for Edutor Technologies, where they surveyed and defined the market for tablet-based education in Andhra Pradesh and sold educational solutions to institutions in Hyderabad.
Pavan Kumar completed their post-graduation in Anthropology at Hyderabad Central University from 1974 to 1986. During this time, they attended BHEL-HSS for their education.
