Asha Sciarra-Boardman

Asha Sciarra-Boardman is currently working as the Chief Administrative Officer at InspectionGo. In this role, they lead all people, education, and compliance-related efforts, and serves as a consultant, coach, mentor, and sponsor to top CEOs, team members, and companies nationwide. Asha also formulates human resource strategies.

Prior to their position at InspectionGo, Asha worked as a Sales and Marketing Research Consultant at Fastenal Company. Their responsibilities included customer profiling, persona development, and understanding buyer journeys. Asha also focused on cataloging customer experiences and stories.

From 1997 to 2018, Asha held various roles at Kaplan. As the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, they oversaw regulatory compliance, including lobbying, monitoring, filing, reporting, audits, and strategy. Asha also led a team responsible for compliance across product lines. In their role as Vice President of Student Services, Asha was responsible for leading the student experience and motivating a team of 120+ student support members. As the Vice President of Real Estate Education, they directed Kaplan Real Estate Education to become the leading national provider of licensing, exam prep, and continuing education solutions. Finally, as the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Asha managed call centers, company-owned locations, and marketing strategies, including organizing profitable national events and driving direct marketing campaigns.

Asha Sciarra-Boardman holds a Master's degree in Business in the field of Human Resources from Kaplan University, which was obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, General from Kaplan University from 2009 to 2012, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kaplan University from 2006 to 2009. Asha also completed coursework in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Michigan University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2020, a Life, Health, Property and Casualty License from the State of Wisconsin in 2017, a CELTA certification from the International House San Diego in 2016, and a Buyer Persona Subject Matter Expert certification from the Buyer Persona Institute.
