Adrian Murphy

Adrian Murphy is an experienced professional in land access, heritage management, and native title with extensive expertise gained through various leadership roles. Currently serving as Manager – Land Access and Heritage at IGO Ltd since July 2021, Adrian also operates as the Principal Owner of social-licence, providing compliance and negotiation services related to land and Indigenous agreements since August 2006. Previous positions include General Manager of the Resource Tenure Branch at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, and Manager of Native Title Operations at the Banjima Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Adrian has developed substantial skills in policy development, project approvals, and stakeholder engagement, supported by an MBA from The University of Western Australia and a strong academic background in social research and public administration.
