Fletcher Pym

Fletcher Pym is an experienced geologist currently serving as a Superintendent - Geology and an IGO MBA Program Candidate at IGO Ltd since February 2019. Fletcher has achieved recognition as a finalist in the 2021 IGO Awards for Technical Excellence and received nominations for the 2020 and 2022 IGO Awards for Technical Excellence and Innovation/Discovery. Prior to IGO Ltd, Fletcher worked as a Mine Geologist at Northern Star Resources Limited, specializing in underground mine production, and held positions at IKEA Group and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet of WA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Geology, a Master of International Relations, a Graduate Certificate in Data Engineering, and current pursuit of an MBA at The University of Western Australia.
