Hi, it's nice to meet you!

We are IGS, champions of infrastructure development and innovative learning solutions for different organizations.

We specialize in tailoring learning solutions, for the learner and for the organization, that meet the organization's needs. We aim to bring a performance improvement that can be measured in every organizational unit.

We understand that not everyone learns in the same way, therefore we are advocating the use of personalization in learning – We are using a wide range of methodologies of e-learning and classical learning. We have developed a personalization diagnostic model that was implemented in many learning processes.

At the end of learning (or at the beginning of the process) we carry out measuring the effectiveness of learning.
