IGSS Ventures Group (IGSSV) is a one-stop semiconductor services hub helmed by fab experts, investors, and entrepreneurs who own and operate a portfolio of businesses that fuel the development and commercialisation of semiconductor solutions, including mainstream and disruptive hybrid semiconductor technologies that go beyond Moore’s Law.

Billed as one-of-its-kind set up, we are a holding company with 3 subsidiaries, founded by leaders who individually have more than 30 years industry experience – bringing to partners real-world know-how where we have leading domain expertise:

1) IGSS: A total solutions partner in greenfield projects and fab transformation, offering tailor-made capabilities spanning the breadth of Build-Operate-Manage-Transfer (BOMT) of Tier 1 foundry fabs for aspiring semiconductor nations and multi-billion-dollar entities - be it new, mature or distressed sites.

2) IGSS GaN (IGaN): Part of an elite global group of solutions providers with in-house semiconductor GaN-on-Silicon ep capabilities , fabrication technologies and process design kit. Today, IGaN offers foundry capabilities via its virtual foundry model to meet application needs in efficient, compact and cost-effective power conversion solutions, next generation radio frequencies (RFs) and sensors.

3) CompoundTek: An elite Silicon Photonics (SiPh) foundry player offering advanced SiPh fabrication technologies, comprehensive process design kits (PDKs) and state-of-the-art agnostic wafer testing capabilities for the electrical, optics and RF markets.

IGSSV guides our portfolio companies in creating new realities that leverage the best of two worlds: the highly efficient and cost-effective Silicon CMOS world by integrating selective non-silicon materials for superior performances yet technologies remain Silicon friendly that can be mass produced in cutting edge CMOS Facilities.
