Brendan Hames is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account development and business operations within the gaming and economic development sectors. Currently serving as Account Development Manager and Director at IGT since August 2005, Brendan oversees customer relationship management, strategic planning, and operational excellence for public gaming entities in the US. Brendan's management of business operations in the Caribbean includes direct responsibility for a team of over 250 and a business unit generating over $1 billion in annual sales. Previous roles include leadership in government contract procurement, corporate real estate management, and economic development initiatives in various capacities. Brendan holds an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Business.
