Brown James has extensive experience in field service management, having worked at IGT since May 1998 in various positions including Field Service Manager II and SR Manager Field Services. Prior to IGT, Brown James was employed at GTECH from May 1998 to June 2009, where roles included Field Service Technician Lead and Field Service Technician. Earlier in Brown James's career, experience as a Construction Foreman was gained at Romco Industries from April 1994 to April 1998. Education was completed at Ridgefield High School, graduating in 1995.
