David Flinn is an experienced executive in the gaming and lottery industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President for Canada, EMEA, and LATAM at IGT since May 2011. Flinn has held various leadership roles at IGT, including Senior Vice President for Canada and LATAM, Regional Vice President for Canada, South America, and Central America, and RVP for IGT Canada. Prior to joining IGT, Flinn was the Executive Vice President at Atlantic Lottery Corporation from July 2009 to May 2011 and served as Director of Sales at Spielo from May 2005 to July 2009. Flinn earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of New Brunswick between 1985 and 1990, and completed studies at Fredericton High School from 1982 to 1985.
