Dick Neff

Dick Neff has extensive experience in IT leadership, notably serving as Director of IT Security and Networks at IGT since April 2008, where key accomplishments include enhancing IT security measures and improving response times for identity management and firewall requests. Previously, Neff held the position of Director of Infrastructure and Operations at IGT, successfully transitioning the infrastructure from 80% physical to 75% virtual in 15 months and significantly reducing costs. As Global Help Desk Manager, Neff transformed a previously underperforming team into a recognized strength within the organization. Earlier in the career at JCPenney, Neff was Group Manager for Strategic Directions, overseeing IT asset procurement and budget leadership, and also served as Information Technology Control Center Manager, managing centralized help desk operations and system maintenance. Neff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Computer Science from the University of Central Missouri.
