Donna Pencheva

Donna Pencheva is the Head of HR and Gaming Operations at IGT, a subsidiary of International Game Technology PLC, where they also serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner in the Commercial Interactive sector. They previously held various roles, including Supervisor of HR and Administration and Trainer for B2B & B2C at GTECH Interactive. With a background in teaching English, Donna served as an English Language Teacher and University Assistant at the University of Applied Sciences in Germany and held a similar position at a Bulgarian university. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in English and American Studies from Duisburg University, they possess strong skills in managing cross-functional teams, strategic HR policy implementation, and enhancing business partnerships.
