James Gerardi

James Gerardi is a skilled Field Technician Level 1 at IGT since April 2023, specializing in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing gaming machines for casinos. Prior to this role, James worked as an Amazon Flex Driver and Warehouse Associate from January 2021 to April 2023. James gained valuable experience as an I.T intern at Comsewogue School District during the summer of 2018 and served as a Help Desk Technician at Shoreham-Wading River High School from September 2013 to May 2015.
