James Graves

James Graves has extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as an Account Manager at IGT since May 2002, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of assigned accounts in Illinois and Indiana. Prior to this role, James held the position of Casino Services Area Supervisor at IGT, overseeing daily operations and supervising a team of five technicians. James's earlier experience includes nearly a decade at Harrah's Entertainment, where responsibilities as Assistant Slot Performance Manager involved managing floor moves, overseeing the performance department, and supervising three managers and thirty technicians, in addition to working with AutoCAD on various projects.
