Jason Walter

Jason Walter is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Product Training Manager at IGT since December 2022. Prior to this role, Walter was the Learning Program Manager at GameStop, where responsibilities included designing and implementing learning programs for a vast network of fulfillment centers and storefronts. In the role of Continuous Skills Development and Training Manager at Walmart Distribution Center, Walter established a department focused on new associate onboarding and behavior standardization for over 800 associates. At Chewy, Walter held dual positions as Learning and Development Operations Manager and Safety and Loss Prevention Manager, leading training and safety initiatives in a significant e-commerce fulfillment center. Walter began a career at Safeway, advancing through multiple positions to develop training programs and enhance customer service standards, alongside experience managing front desk operations at Best Western International.
