Jim Lyons

Jim Lyons is a Senior Manager in Business System Analysis at IGT, where they lead a BA team and focus on delivering project requirements and process innovations. Jim previously held the title of Principal Business Analyst at GTECH and served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, earning a Navy Achievement Medal and participating as a Plank Owner of the USS Theodore Roosevelt. They obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and hold a Master BA Certification from ESI and George Washington University.
