John Wylie has over two decades of experience in course development and support within the gaming industry. Since 2001, John has served as Course Developer III at IGT, creating online training videos using various tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, and Adobe Connect, as well as video camera equipment. Prior to this role, John worked in a help desk capacity, providing support for system products at IGT.
