Lance Harris

Lance Harris serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at IGT since July 2025, overseeing cyber security, physical security, and identity access management post-merger with Everi Holdings Inc. Previously, Lance held the CISO and Senior Vice President positions at Everi Holdings Inc., where responsibilities included managing a diverse range of financial and gaming technologies. Additional experience includes roles as CISO/Director of Information Security at Esurance, Director of Technical Operations at KIXEYE, and Senior Information Security Manager at eBay. Lance has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and served on advisory boards for Innovum Technologies and Merritt College's Cybersecurity Program. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas.
