Lisa Schiffer

Lisa Schiffer is an experienced professional in payment operations and financial management, currently serving as Senior Director of Payments at IGT since January 2016. In this role, Lisa leads a growing team focused on payment operations, vendor management, and enhancing customer experience while ensuring regulatory compliance. With a strong background in metrics-driven decision-making, fraud prevention, and cost optimization, Lisa has also held previous positions at IGT as Director of Cashless Payment Operations and Sr. Manager of Interactive Payments. Prior to IGT, Lisa managed electronic payments and cash management at Dunkin' Brands, where recognition was received for leadership contributions to the Dunkin Mobile App Team. Earlier career experiences include financial analysis and management roles at Instron Corporation, Work N' Gear, and Casual Male Retail Group. Lisa's education includes completion of the Executive Development Program at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
