Matt Deacon has extensive experience in system delivery and resource management across multiple regions, currently serving as the Manager of Systems Delivery at IGT since November 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing work intake and reporting for North America and LATAM. Previously, as a Business Analyst in Professional Services, Matt managed resource and capacity planning and implemented a Professional Services Automation tool in the LAC region. Prior to IGT, Matt worked at MicroStrategy from July 2010 to November 2014 in various roles, including Project Planning Lead, where responsibilities encompassed worldwide project scheduling, resource utilization metrics, and liaising with finance for billing accuracy, as well as overseeing Changepoint compliance. Matt's career began as a Research Analyst at Grubb & Ellis, focusing on market research and data analysis. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics and Business from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
