Max Jacobsen has extensive experience in operations management and software quality assurance, primarily with IGT since 1993, where roles have included Latin America and Caribbean Regional Operations Manager and various positions in software quality assurance. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at APPI in 2011 and SQA Team Lead at GTECH Brazil from 1993 to 2007. Max's education was completed at the University of Brazil, where studies were undertaken from 1980 to 1986.
