Mike Devolld

Mike DeVolld is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across several industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People and Transformation at IGT since October 2016, Mike provides strategic HR partnership to the CTO Gaming and IS&T organization. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at VIA Motors, Site HR and Labor Relations Manager at FMC Corporation, and Global Practice Leader at Rio Tinto, where Mike led initiatives in human capital planning and organizational strategy. With a strong foundation in HR management, Mike has held various leadership positions, beginning as Sr. HR Representative at Kennecott Rawhide Mining Company. Mike holds an MSOD from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
