Milos Vranic

Milos Vranic is a seasoned Lead Project Manager and Program Manager with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Currently serving as an Implementation Coordinator for the UK at NCR, Milos collaborates with major banks and suppliers, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Previously, Milos held various positions in project management and operations, including roles at Varius Software and IGT, where they oversaw multiple projects and processes. With a Master's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship in Belgrade, Milos has developed a strong understanding of cross-functional team dynamics and project execution.
