Monica Maciel is currently the Manager of Customer Success at IGT, where they lead the Customer Success team and manage strategic customer relationships. With a diverse background in entertainment and talent management, Monica has served as an agent and talent director, and owns Talent Concepts Inc, a full-service agency. They also engage in strategic leadership at the California Music Hall of Fame & Museum, focusing on preserving musical history and promoting community involvement. Prior to their current roles, Monica worked in casino management and has maintained a significant presence in the music and entertainment industry since 1994.
