Stephen Young

Stephen Young is the Senior Manager of Supplier Diversity & ESG at IGT, where they focus on creating global procurement strategies that emphasize supplier diversity and sustainable practices. Previously, they held various roles at SAP, including Global Lead for Procurement with Purpose, where they coordinated efforts in sustainable procurement and social enterprise capacity building. Stephen also gained valuable experience as a Camp Leader for the Upper Darby Recreation Department, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from York College of Pennsylvania, where they conducted research on moral development.
