Steve Kastner

Steve Kastner is a seasoned compliance professional currently serving as the VP of Compliance for PlayDigital at IGT since 2022. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at IGT, including Executive Director of Product Compliance and Director of Regulatory Development, where they significantly advanced compliance strategies and operations. Before rejoining IGT, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Mirage Resorts, Inc. and Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, along with studies in Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
